Booking Policy

A $300 CAD deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposits can be made via Interac E-transfer to simpsonstrailers@gmail.com or by sending a cheque to P.O. Box 1105, Cornwall, PE C0A 1H0. The deposit is then applied to your remaining balance when you check in. Payment is due on or before your arrival date.

We accept cash, cheque, or Interac E-transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation of your reservation is made by May 15, 2023. After this date, a three-week advance notification of cancellation is required, and the deposit will be refunded if we can fill your dates with another client. Cancellation 14 days in advance of the reservation arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Pet Policy

Small pets are welcome in select trailers. Please call (902) 432-4664 if you are planning to bring your pet, as decisions to allow pets are made on an individual basis.

There is an additional fee of $5/day plus HST for pets.

Awning Policy

Simpson’s Cavendish Trailer Rentals do not allow the use of trailer awnings. Instead, each trailer is provided with a pop-up tent shelter for protection from the sun, rain, etc. If a pop-up shelter is damaged or broken, a fee of $125 CAD will be charged for replacement.

Miscellaneous Policies

Simpson’s Cavendish Trailer Rentals do not provide one-night accommodations.

Crib rails are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For customers arriving from out-of-province via plane, bedding for the queen bed and 2 single bunks is available at an additional cost of $30 plus HST.
